Service description
Thrones.Ai is a platform for building and running AI agents across messaging channels, websites, and voice calls. Features depend on your subscription plan.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service to send spam, violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the platform's operation. You are responsible for content generated by your AI agents.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days notice.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Thrones.Ai is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
